KEY FEATURES

  • Interlocking 304 grade stainless steel slats 75mm high

  • 75mm wide 304 Stainless steel side tracks.

  • Australian made in Revesby NSW 

  • Tested and Certified by the CSIRO in August 2022 to the latest standard 2014.

  • Certified FRL -/120/- and fit for purpose to the building code of Australia

  • Compliant with AS1530.4-2014 Section 7

  • Compliant with AS 1905.2

  • Compliant with Building Code of Australia D2.19 and C3.4

  • All shutters come with a Certificate of Compliance and Metal ID label attached.

  • Can be installed internally or externally with fire resistance FRL -/120/- from either direction.

  • Tested at CSIRO furnace to conditions over 1100 degrees Celsius and pressure of 7 Pa

  • Total size for fusible link auto Deploy fire shutters is maximum 7m2.

  • Controlled Automatic closure when activated in a Fire event via a 73 Deg Celsius Fusible link release system, to prevent fire spreading.

  • Pelmet Headroom requirements for fusible link auto deploy fire shutters:

  • 300mm for windows <1500mmH

  • 350mm for windows >1500mmH and <2700mmH

  • 450mm for all motorised options

  • Side room requirements:

  • 80mm on both sides for manual operation

  • 100mm on both sides for electric operation

  • 240V or 415V operation available

  • Standard colour is galvanised steel pelmet with 304 stainless steel curtain and tracks.
